REFUND POLICY
AMS UCC India – 1
UCI Class 2 Event
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which registered participants may request cancellations and refunds for the AMS UCC India – 1, UCI Class 2 Event, organized by United Cycling Consultant, in collaboration with event partners and service providers.
1. GENERAL TERMS
- By registering for the event, participants agree to the terms stated in this refund policy.
- The registration fee covers race participation, event coordination, racer kit, and support services as specified in the event details.
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via the official event email: amsuccindia@gmail.com.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND

| Upon cancelling 40 days before race day. | 75% Refund |
| Upon cancelling 20 days before race day. | 50% Refund |
| Upon cancelling with less than 20 days remaining for race day | No Refund |
The above clause includes refund of Registration Charge and Occupancy (Food, Accommodation and Travel).
3. EVENT CANCELLATION BY ORGANIZERS

| Postponement to new dates | Participant may request full transfer to new date OR 70% refund |
| Event stopped mid-way due to safety reasons | No refund |
The above clause includes refund of Registration Charge and Occupancy (Food, Accommodation and Travel).
4. FORCE MAJEURE
- War, riots, terrorism, or political instability.
- Earthquake, flood, extreme weather, or natural disaster.
- Pandemic, epidemic, or government ban.
5. PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds may take 14–30 business days depending on the banking or payment provider.
6. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS
- Medical emergency cases may be considered on a discretionary basis upon submission of valid proof.
- Organizers hold full authority to approve or reject such requests.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY
By completing event registration, the participant acknowledges reading and agreeing to this refund policy without exception.
